" لَيْسَ لِلْعَبْدِ طَلاقٌ إِلا بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ " . قَالَ : وَذَكَرَ : ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلا عَبْدًا مَمْلُوكًا لا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ سورة النحل آية 75 .
