نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حُجَيْرٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا ظَاهَرَ الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ ، بَرَّأَ وَلَمْ يَبَرَّ " .
