نا هُشَيْمٌ ، نا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لامْرَأَتِهِ : أَنْتِ عَتِيقَةٌ وَهُوَ يَنْوِي الطَّلاقَ قَالَ : " هِيَ وَاحِدٌ وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
