نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ , أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْعَبْدِ : " إِذَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ حُرَّةٌ فَإِنْ شَاءَ تَزَوَّجَ عَلَيْهَا أَمَةً " .
