نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا جُوَيْبِرٌ ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، قَالَ : " لَوْ كُنْتُ وَالِيًا فَأُتِيتُ بِرَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِغَيْرِ ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ , رَدَدْتُ ذَلِكَ وَلَوْ بُنِيَتْ بِهِ الدُّورُ , وَاتُّخِذَتْ بِهِ الأَمْوَالُ " .
