نا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " تُجْلَدُ وَتَقَرُّ عِنْدَهُ ، كَمَا أَنَّهُ لَوْ فَجَرَ هُوَ لَمْ تُنْزَعْ مِنْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ " .
