نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُعْتَقُ نُظِرَ إِلَى أَقْرَبِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ فَيُجْعَلُ مِيرَاثُهُ لَهُ " .
