، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُلاعِنَهَا , قَالَ : " يُوقَفُ فَإِنْ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ جُلِدَ الْحَدَّ وَوُرِّثَ , وَإِنْ جَاءَ بِالشُّهُودِ وُرِّثَ ، وَإِنَّ الْتَعَنَ لَمْ يُوَرَّثْ " .
