نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ : رَجُلٌ قَالَ لامْرَأَةٍ : إِنْ نَكَحْتُهَا فَهِيَ عَلَيْهِ كَظَهْرِ أُمِّهِ , قَالَ : " يُكَفِّرُ إِنْ نَكَحَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا ، ذَلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِ " .
