حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أنا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا قَبِلَ الْفِدَاءَ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ ، وَيَخْطُبُهَا فِي الْعِدَّةِ إِنْ شَاءَ وَشَاءَتْ " .
