نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا ظَاهَرَ الرَّجُلُ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ ، فَعَلَيْهِ نِصْفُ كَفَّارَةِ الْحُرَّةِ ، وَإِنْ ظَاهَرَ مِنْ أَمَتِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ الْحُرَّةِ " .
