نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، قَالَ : " إِنْ قَامَتْ بَيِّنَةٌ فَمِنْ يَوْمِ مَاتَ أَوْ طَلَّقَ , وَإِنْ لَمْ تَقُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ فَمِنْ يَوْمِ يَأْتِيهَا الْخَبَرُ " .
