, أَنَّ رَجُلا مَاتَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ إِلا غُلامٌ لَهُ هُوَ أَعْتَقَهُ ، فَأَعْطَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِيرَاثَهُ " .
