نا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَسَرَ الْعَدُوُّ مَمْلُوكًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَظَفِرَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ ، فَأَصَابُوا الْمَمْلُوكَ ، قَالَ : إِنْ وَجَدَهُ مَوْلاهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقَعَ فِي الْقَسْمِ فَمَوْلاهُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " .
