نا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، قَالَ : " الطَّلاقُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ ، وَالْعِتْقُ بَعْدَ الْمِلْكِ " .
