نا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِ الْوَرَثَةِ " .
