نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، ثنا الأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : " إِذَا أَذِنَ السَّيِّدُ فِي النِّكَاحِ فَالطَّلاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ " .
