نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَهُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , قَالَ : " مَا كَانَ مِنْ وَجُورٍ أَوْ سَعُوطٍ فِي الْحَوْلَيْنِ فَإِنَّهُ يُحَرِّمُ ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ بَعْدُ فَإِنَّهُ لا يُحَرِّمُ " . قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ : الْحَوْلَيْنِ .
