نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ ، في رجل طلق امرأته ثلاثا في مرضه ، قَالا : " تَعْتَدُّ عِدَّةَ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَتَرِثُهُ مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ " .
