نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِيمَنْ طَلَّقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ , قَالَ : " لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ ، وَلا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا ، وَلا عِدَّةَ عَلَيْهَا " ، قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ : وَبِهِ نَأْخُذُ .
