نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : " الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إِلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً سورة النور آية 3 , قَالَ : لَيْسَ هُوَ بِالنِّكَاحِ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ الْجِمَاعُ " .
