نا هُشَيْمٌ ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : " لا تُنْكَحُ الْيَتِيمَةُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ ، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ أَوْ بَكَتْ فَهُوَ رِضَاهَا ، وَإِنْ كَرِهَتْ لَمْ تُنْكَحْ " .
