، كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فِيمَا أَحْرَزَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ ، ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ بَعْدُ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ " .
