نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ خَتَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا " اخْتُصِمَ إِلَيْهِ فِي رَجُلَيْنِ بَيْنَهُمَا جَارِيَةٌ فَوَطِئَهَا أَحَدُهُمَا فَضَمَّنَهُ نِصْفَ الثَّمَنِ وَنِصْفَ الْعُقْرِ " .
