نا هُشَيْمٌ ، أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَدَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ , قَالَ : " لا طَلاقَ إِلا مِنْ بَعْدِ نِكَاحٍ " .
