نا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ ذَاتَ مَحْرَمٍ مِنْهُ , قَالَ : " إِنْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا فَلا صَدَاقَ لَهَا ، وَيُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا " .
