، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ مُلْكٌ ، وَلَسْنَا بِنَازِعِينَ مِنْ يَدِ رَجُلٍ شَيْئًا أَسْلَمَ عَلَيْهِ ، وَلَكِنَّا نُقَوِّمُهُمُ الْمِلَّةَ خَمْسًا مِنَ الإِبِلِ " .
