ًا قَدْ سَمَّى الْمَعْدِنَ رِكَازًا ، وَحَكَمَ عَلَيْهِ بِحُكْمِهِ ، فَأَخَذَ مِنْهُ الْخُمُسَ وَكَذَلِكَ كَانَ رَأْيُ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَهُوَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِحَدِيثِ الرِّكَازِ : أَنَّ فِيهِ الْخُمُسَ .
