" أَنَّ رَجُلا مَاتَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يَدَعْ وَارِثًا إِلا عَبْدًا هُوَ أَعْتَقَهُ ، فَأَعْطَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِيرَاثَهُ " .
