قَالَ ابْن لهيعة : وأخبرني الصلت بْن أَبِي عاصم كاتب حيان بْن شريح ، أنه قرأ كتاب عُمَر بْن عَبْد العزيز إِلَى حيان بْن شريح : أن " مصر افتتحت عَنوة بغير عقد ولا عهد " .
