رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِنِكَاحٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْ عَلَيْهِ إِلا رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ ، فَقَالَ : " هَذَا نِكَاحُ السِّرِّ وَلا أُجِيزُهُ ، وَلَوْ كُنْتُ تَقَدَّمْتُ فِيهِ لَرَجَمْتُ " .
