رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ " فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ إِذَا قَدِمَ وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ : هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ ، إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ ، وَلا تُخَيَّرُ " .
