رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ " .
