رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً ، وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا صَدَاقًا ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ قَبْلَ الْفَرْضِ لَهَا ، وَقَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ، قَالَ : " لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ ، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ ، وَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا " .
