رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : لَا شُفْعَةَ لِلْيَهُودِ وَلَا النَّصَارَى فِي مَدَائِنَ الْعَرَبِ وَخُطَطِهِمْ ، وَلَهُمُ الشُّفْعَةُ فِي الْقُرَى فِي الْبُلْدَانِ الَّتِي لَهُمْ أَنْ يَسْكُنُوهَا .
