رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " الْقَضَاءُ ثَلَاثَةٌ : قَاضِيَانِ فِي النَّارِ ، وَقَاضٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، قَاضٍ قَضَى فَتَرَكَ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ ، وَقَاضٍ قَضَى بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَهُوَ لَا يَعْلَمُ ، فَهَذَانِ فِي النَّارِ ، وَقَاضٍ قَضَى بِالْحَقِّ ، وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُهُ فَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
