رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَزُفَّتْ إِلَيْهِ أُخْتُهَا ، وَهُوَ لَا يَعْلَمْ ، فَقَضَى عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ " لِلثَّانِيَةِ مَهْرَهَا بِالْوَطْء ، وَلَا يَقْرَبُ الْأُولَى حَتَّى تَنْقَضِي عِدَّةُ الْأُخْرَى " .
