رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : مَا لَزِمَ أَحَدُ الْمُفَاوِضَيْنِ لَزِمَ الْآخَرُ ، وَمَا لَزِمَ أَحَدُ الْعَنَانَيْنِ لَمْ يَلْزَمِ الْآخَرَ ، وَلَكِنَّهُ يَرْجِعُ عَلَيْهِ بِذَلِكَ إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ تِجَارَتِهِمَا .
