رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ شَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ ، قَالَ : لَا ، إِلَّا بِشَاهِدَيْنِ كَمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ سورة البقرة آية 282 .
