رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ مُتَّهَمٍ ، وَلَا ظَنِينٍ ، وَلَا مَحْدُودٍ فِي قَذْفٍ وَلَا مُجَرَّبٍ فِي كَذِبٍ ، وَلَا جَارٍ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ نَفْعًا ، وَلَا دَافِعٍ عَنْهَا ضَرَرًا " .
