رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " فِي جِنَايَةِ الْعَبْدِ لَا يَغْرَمُ سَيِّدُهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهِ ، وَلَا يَبْلُغُ بِدِيَةِ عَبْدٍ دَيَةَ حُرٍّ " .
