رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : الضَّمَانُ عَلَى الْأَجِيرِ الْمُشْتَرَكِ الَّذِي يَعْمَلُ لِي وَلَكَ ، وَلِهَذَا وَالْأَجِيرُ الْخَاصُّ لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا فِيمَا خَالَفَ .
