رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فِي أُمٍّ حُرَّةٍ وَثَلَاثِ أَخَوَاتٍ نِصْفُ كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ حُرٌّ وَعَمٍّ حُرٍّ قَالَ : " لِلْأُمِّ تِسْعَةٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ وَهُوَ رُبْعُ الْمَالِ ، وَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنَ الْأَخَوَاتِ سِتَّةٌ ، لِلْعَمِّ تِسْعَةٌ " .
