رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " أَوَّلُ مَا تَغْلِبُونَ عَلَيْهِ الْأَمْرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَالنَّهْيُ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ، بِأَيْدِيكُمْ ، ثُمَّ بِأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ ، ثُمَّ بِقُلُوبِكُمْ ، فَإِذَا لَمْ يُنْكِرِ الْقَلْبُ الْمُنْكَرَ ، وَيَعْرِفِ الْمَعْرُوفَ نُكِّسَ فَجُعِلَ أَعْلَاهُ أَسْفَلَهُ " .
