رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَا تَحِيضُ بِكَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا ؟ فَقَالَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : بِشَهْرٍ ، قُلْتُ : إِنْ كَانَ مَلَكَهَا بِهِبَةٍ أَوْ مِيرَاثٍ ، أَوْ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَهْمِهِ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ كَانَ سَوَاءً ؟ قَالَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : نَعَمْ .
