رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا : وَإِنِ اشْتَرَى سَمَكَةً فِي مَا كَانَ يُؤْخَذُ بِغَيْرِ تَصَيُّدٍ فَالشِّرَاءُ جَائِزٌ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ إِلَّا بِتَصَيُّدٍ فَهُوَ غَرَرٌ .
