رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، فِي رَجُلٍ هَلَكَ وَتَرَكَ جَدَّتَيْ أَبِيهِ وَجَدَّتَيْ أُمِّهُ فَوَرَّثَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ جَدَّتَيِ الْأَبِ وَإِحْدَى جَدَّتَيِ الْأُمِّ الَّتِي مِنْ قِبَلِ أَبِيهَا فَلَمْ يُوَرِّثْهَا شَيْئًا " .
