رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْحِوَالَةِ : " لَا تَوَاءَ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الْمُحْتَالُ رَجَعَ صَاحِبُ الْحَقِّ الَّذِي أَحَالَهُ " .
