رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فِي الذَّكَرَيْنِ يَنْكِحُ أَحَدُهُمَا الْآخَرَ ، " إِنَّ حَدَّهُمَا حَدُّ الزَّانِي ، إِنْ كَانَا أُحْصِنَا رُجِمَا ، وَإِنْ كَانَا لَمْ يُحْصَنَا جُلِدَا " .
