رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فِي " رَجُلٍ ذَبَحَ شَاةً أَوْ طَائِرًا أَوْ نَحْوَ ذَلِكَ ، فَأَبَانَ رَأْسَهُ ، فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ تِلْكَ ذَكَاةٌ شَرْعِيَّةٌ " .
